Leadership
Accountability Coaching

What to Expect

Your Critical Questioning Consulting coach will uniquely tailor each session based on your individual needs. They will invest time in building a trusting relationship with you, where you can be vulnerable with each other. They will skillfully ask guiding questions to draw out the answers that are already within you and provide perspective through a racial equity lens without judgment. The focus is on self-growth and looking inward.

At Critical Questioning Consulting, we combine the power of Carl Rogers' person-centered theory

with a deep commitment to centering racial equity. The basic tenets of this approach are:

1) that the client is the expert in their own life’s story and have the answers to their concerns

2) that there must be a genuine authentic relationship between the client and counselor.

This will ensure a holistic approach to personal and professional growth through personalized

coaching sessions that empower you to lead with authenticity, empathy, and accountability.

But that is not all - we go the extra mile by placing a strong emphasis on racial equity, helping you

develop a deeper understanding of how your decisions impact the diverse communities you serve on

your way to being a culturally responsive school leader.
